Make a Return

Returns Policy:

We hope you'll love your Chapter & Charm products as much as your favorite dog-eared novel. But if you're not completely satisfied, here's our returns policy:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

For exchanges, simply return the item and place a new order. We'll ensure your new literary companion reaches you as quickly as possible.
